It was set up to identify projects of benefit to the communities of Rosemarkie and Fortrose. At present the main way we offer our help is by keeping the Community toilets in both Rosemarkie and Fortrose open for the benefit of locals and visitors to the area.

Objectives: 4 The organisations purposes are: 4.1 The advancement of citizenship or community development, 4.2 The advancement of the arts, heritage, culture or science, 4.3 The provision of recreational facilities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended, primarily by the provision of amenities for people who live, work or visit the area of Scotland known as the villages of Rosemarkie and Fortrose and their surrounding area on the Black Isle (the Area of Benefit).
