**What the charity does:** To enable people of all backgrounds and ages to enjoy and benefit from the heritage and facilities of Fortrose and Rosemarkie and through the activities of the organisation we seek to encourage and develop community engagement and participation.

**Objectives:** 4 The organisations purposes are: 4.1 The advancement of citizenship or community development, 4.2 The advancement of the arts, heritage, culture or science, 4.3 The provision of recreational facilities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended, primarily by the provision of amenities for people who live, work or visit the area of Scotland known as the villages of Rosemarkie and Fortrose and their surrounding area on the Black Isle (the Area of Benefit).
