We look after the Hall and rent ir out to user groups. We look after making sure repairs are reported to the Council and carried out.
Objectives: Aim and Objectives (Purpose) The Organisation has been formed to benefit the community of Port William and District Community Council area and those user groups based outwith the area who regularly (five times a year or more) use the Hall for functions (the 'Community'), with the following purposes (the 'Purposes'): Charitable purpose I.
