We serve our community by providing a safe and usable space for adults and children who live and stay in our local community and wider afield. We help to improve social welfare by providing recreation space and activities to a wide range of local adults and children. We provide a space where youth work Scotland can hold regular sessions and we also have regular football sessions for local children up to S3. We encourage local sports groups to use the facility and other local charities use our building as a meeting space.

Objectives: The relief of unemployment in such ways as may be thought fit, including assistance to source unemployment To promote and develop training and education among the residents of Port William, and with particular reference to developing skills which will assist in participants obtaining employment To preserve, for the benefit of the general public, the historical, architectural and constructional heritage that may exist in Port William in buildings of particular beauty or historical and architectural interest To provide in the interests of social welfare, facilities within the Port William community for development of recreation and other leisure time occupation available to the public at large To preserve, restore and improve the natural and built environment in the Port William area through the provision, maintenance and improvement of public open spaces and other public amenities and other environmental and regeneration projects
