North Apex Gymnastics Club is set up to provide opportunities for children and young people to participate in gymnastics in a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment. We aim to support participants to develop their physical fitness, strength, flexibility, coordination and gymnastics skills, while also building confidence, discipline, teamwork and self-esteem. We do this by providing regular gymnastics training sessions led by qualified coaches, with activities and coaching adapted to different ages and abilities. We encourage participants to progress at their own pace and provide opportunities for those who wish to develop their skills further and take part in competitions. We also promote positive relationships, enjoyment and participation, helping children and young people to stay active and develop through gymnastics.

Objectives: The organisation has been formed with the following purpose: To encourage public participation in the sport of gymnastics by young persons of all abilities, particularly in Wick and the surrounding areas, by providing gymnastics facilities, activities and training to improve the fitness, health and well-being of the persons for whom the activities are intended.
