Our Charity's Objectives and Activities The advancement of public participation in sport The advancement of health The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended To increase participation levels locally in physical activity, providing a safe and fun environment so that all participants can reach their full potential. To organise, develop and educate our coaches, staff and helpers, enhancing their life skills. To provide training and competition facilities for all our members. To promote and maintain the highest standards of technical competence and safety in sport and physical activity. To follow and abide by rules promoted by national governing bodies (e.g. Scottish Gymnasticslsport Scotland). To provide equal opportunities for successful participation by all sections of the community. To improve the physical and mental health and well being of the people who access our sessions by providing them with opportunities to become fitter and in turn lead a healthier lifestyle. To improve confidence through participation in sport and physical activities. To improve social skills through the participation in sport and physical activities.

Club timetable x 20 hours a week Gymtots, ASN open sessions and quiet classes Discounted recreational school age camps (during holiday time) Adult weekly fitness circuit classes Adult weekly chair aerobic classes Fundraising through parties, displays and competition Training for coaches and volunteers Structure, governance and management We are governed by our board of trustees and have a charitable constitution and child protection policy. All our coaches and helpers have up to date PVG certificates and have attended extensive child protection training. Our governing body (Scottish Gymnastics) do not allow us to operate unless we meet these regulations. We also ensure that the coaching team attends an emergency first aid course once every 3 years to keep it up to date and valid. Our coaches have the opportunity to attend Scottish Gymnastics coaching courses to gain qualifications which are recognised nationwide.

Achievements and performance April 2024- March 2025 In April we ran subsidised Easter camps for our recreational members. In May 2 of our senior gymnasts represented the club at the British championships and came won a silver medal. We ran summer subsidised summer camps for our recreational members for 4 weeks throughout July and August and was completely full in every session. We ran several of our events in June/DeMberIFebrUary where gymnasts from all over Scotland attended our club to compete. We hosted 14 clubs with over 530 gymnasts. We hosted workshops for our coaches and provided opportunities for them to upskill their knowledge in sport, first aid and safeguarding. our physio, sadly stepped down from the Friday adult classes, but these were then handed over to who has years of experience in working within the sport of gymnastics and working with the community. We provided 2 new weekly ASN gymnastics sessions where participants could attend in a quieter environment without the pressure of a structured class. 2 of our coaching team were shortlisted for awards with East Ayrshire Sports Council and Scottish Gymnastics. was nominated for inspiring females in sport and for young coach of the year. Throughout the year we attended various different inter club and national events competitively and for participation. A highlight was being invited down to the British Championships in Liverpool in March 2025 to showcase our group routine in front of an 8000 strong crowd. Our club got a Mention in parliament for this because we were the only Scottish club chosen out of only 4 in Britain to represent at this event. statement of the charity's policy on reserves We finished March 2025 with £9978 in our current account and £25818 in our fundraising account. This money will be used to purchase future equipment, pay for lawyers and accountants fees, future bills.

The charlty's trustees are responslble for the preparatlon of the accounts In accordance wlth the terms of the Charltles and Trustee Investment (Scotland) 2005 Act and the Charities Accounts {kotland) Regulation$ 20061as amended). The charity trustees conslder that the audit requirement of Regulatlon 10(1) (d) of the Accounts Regulatlons does not apply. It is my resposibllity to examine the accounts a5 required under sectlon 4411) (c) of the Art and to state whether particular matters have come to my attentlon.
