The Medieval Bruce Heritage Trust (known as The Bruce Trust) is a Scottish charity based in Dumfries, with the aim of promoting knowledge and enjoyment of Scottish medieval history, and particularly of the Scottish Wars of Independence and the life, trials and victories of King Robert the Bruce. We provide an annual programme of events including re-enactments, debates, visits, presentations and hand-on activities, all aiming to increase knowledge, education and awareness of our local and Scottish history. Membership is open to all for a small annual or monthly subscription.
