In the year to 31 March 2026 two Trustees were members of the Management Committee. The charItS Workers attend Management Committee meetlngs and operate under the Committee's authority and dirertion. The chartty held its AGM on 15 May 2026. Steven Loomes was elerted as Chair of the Trustees. Ross MUa¥ was invited to deliver lessons to first and secon&year pupils at Trintty Hh school in pathership with Kate Mitchell frorn the Message Trust Scotland. IVS Your Move-This is a prOarnMe of bessons coupled wrth a bk called IV5 Your M(we that is aimed atyoung peoplewho are Tnovingfrom primary sthool upto Secondary sthool_ The programme is designed to help with the transitK¢n during 5tres5tul period We were able to delrverthis in 14 primary schools in June. Christmas Um¥¥ap- a creative and tnteractive presentstion of the Christmas story. The presentation is usually delivered in 15 of the local primary schools and is aimed at primary 6 pupils. This year wè were able to dellverthe programme in 13 scknols. Easter Code- similar to Christma5 Unwrap. Easter Code is a creative and interattwe presentation of the Easter story. Thisyearwe were able to dElÈver propct to 15 sthool5. Boomer3ng-Thi5 is a cTralive and interactive projectdesignedto lpYoung ople in primarysto refiect on the subject of resilience. We were able to deliver this proyamme to 14 5choDJs acrossthe area. Buddy UP!_This programme 15 designed to support older primary pupils as theytake on the role of being buddyfora primaryl pupil.Thi5yearwewereable todeliverthis programme in 141(Kal primary school BibleAllve- Laura Hutchirfjon finished writing material for toth Old and NewTestsment lessons. Shethen piloted the Old Testament lessor6 in two local primary sthwls and delNered it in a fvrther two primary schools. The hope isto build on this nextyear 3nd deliver the whole project in all the primary schools we Current work in. Churches We aim to support lotal churches faolitste them in theiryouth ministry. This year we continued to run full day holiday clubs in partnership wf(h local churthes. We were ableto runthe tsv¢Trday dub in April and

We continued to communicate with local churches through our quarter prayer letter and ts¥ice-yearly newsletter as we51 as sending Outvideo message5 throughout the year. The team were able to 5UPWrt both primary and secondary residential weekends for sChIS and SU oups in Lanarkshire which continued to take place and were attended primary and 5et0ndary school thildren from 5choo15 and Ihurches vrithin the area. This year KXI continued as the culmination of ourwtsTk wtthin the schools amongst yourkg people in the area at the SU Scotland holiday at King5cross Point on the151e of Arrarh. Itwas great to be able to work with 42 young people atthrs eventwith 3team led by and made up nN)sdy of b(al volunteers. Comm Dueto staff changes and the amount of other work needing done this year we have not been involved in any communityeventsthis year. As set otrt on page 9.this is beingaddressed bythe recruoiment of a third Youth and Scknols Worker. Over recent years many young people ha¥e come into tonixt with the tharity and have been hearing of the Good Mews of Jesus Chri5L of these young people have gone on to develop and grow in their faith. This has resulted in a group ofyoung leader5 who are volunteering in many events with the charity as well as their churthes. This has Ln a huge encouragement to us and has been recognised as something worth investing in. This yearwe were able to runtwo training days forthe young leaders with support from SU Scotland. We continued to encourage the young people to attend SU leadership and disapleship events. with a few tsking up thKs opportunity- Several of these young adults attended KXI 35 trainee leaders or group leaders and rn0 weie involved in Holiday dubs. We are hoping to be able to organise another trainingday for them next year. The most Significant increase was the increase in individual supporter donations, including gift aid, of 43.9301£90,464 compared to £46,534 during the previou5 yearl. In addition, there was an increase of £7.OLK) in respert of grants received from Trusts during the year1£25,8(M) cunpared to £18,8(K) in the previous financial yearl. He will take up his position on l August 2026 as a Youth and Schools Worker.
