The main activity of our Association is the provision of a range of athletics programmes and activities for people from age 5 and upwards. These programmes and activities are tailored to suit the needs of the groups to whom they are delivered to and factors taken into account include the age, health, experience and ambitions of our members. Over many years we have also developed a good coaching pathway for our members whose interest lies in this direction, primarily through the coaching courses delivered by Scottish Athletics. Additionally our building is hired out to groups and organizations who are not members of our Association and this access allows them to deliver their programmes effectively. We also give grants and make donations to individuals and groups in our community on a regular basis.
