The Pitmedden Arnenltles Trust. SCIO had various meetings in person beknv8en 2024 and M8rch 2025 to athely r8ffl1iV appointment new charity trustees ¢rilical officer poslJons. The officers then d8ve10 roles and resSibIliS within the charity trusteès to support the anIsaon and the adivitstt wied (yjt in the hall and park. The charity trustees, and date appoint1 are listed on page three of this report. The new Pitrnedden Amenities TNSL SCIO now has a dlverse board making th8 charlty more effective in meeting our aims. The Fltmedden Amenilies Tnjsl. SCIO has charity trustees that are also linked to the PIlme(kj Primary School, (FOPS: Friends of Pitrnedd8n School) and FUY& (Formartine United Youlh Academy) the main users of th8 park. We have during this period ¢tinUed to seBk someMe to be the treasurer, but unfortunatety our seawth has, again been unsuccessful.
