Charitable purposes Summary of the main activities in relation to these objects	1) To manage the North Kessock Village Hall for the benefit of all the residents of North Kessock postal district including use for meetings, events, lectures and classes, and for other forms of education, training, recreation and leisure time activity, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the community. 2) To organise and promote any other community-based activity which the Members shall consider to improve the conditions of life for the community and/or promote community participation.
	The committee have continued to administer the hall for the use of local and other organisations including continued to provide warm spaces initiative.

APPENDIX 1 Achievements and performance

Summary of the main achievements of 1) NKVH the charity during the financial period NKVH hosted a range of events throughout 2024/25 for the benefit of the local community. These activities were organised and delivered by volunteers and board members, whose time and commitment helped provide valuable social, recreational and community opportunities for residents. As part of the renovation works, the hall was closed at times, resulting in a loss of booking income. Event organisers pay a deposit, and some deposits are fully or partly retained depending on the condition.

2) Building Development We carried out a major refurbishment from January 2025 over several months to improve drainage, upgrade the toilets, and install new front doors and a ramp. 3) Club 200

Club 200 covered two financial years, with its final payment of £350 made in December 2024. It restarted in January 2025, with four draws taking place and a total of £350 paid out. Due to our financial year, one draw carried over to September 2025 for the remaining £350. Any income raised through Club 200 was added to the Building Development Fund as an NKVH donation.

4) Hub

NKVH took control of the Hub in November 2024 after a Transfer of Undertakings from the Interim Board of North Kessock Ticket Office Project closed. Their surplus funds were also transferred for the upkeep of the Hub. This year’s accounts for the Hub cover around nine months only. The Hub also operates public toilets assisted by Highland Council’s Comfort Scheme.
