APPENDIX 1 Achievements and performance Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the financial period During the year we have developed existing projects and where appropriate introduced new projects to benefit the Balmaclellan Community Membership of the Library has grown over the past year and the books donated to the library continue lo provide a wide selection of books on offer. A new project has begun, Sew Special Saturday is a new initiative supported by the Trust . The session takes place at Balmaclellan Village Hall from 1 Oam till 4pm. Attendees can book a full or half day Attendees can bring any crafting project they are working on and spend quality time begin, progressing or completing their project. The Heritage group, supported by the Community TrLtst has begun a research project into a plot of land called 'Kentucky' Only the outline of the cottage remains and work has begun on obtaining grant to help the Group clear the land and installing an information board outlining the history of the plot Balmaclellan Community Trust in association with Balmaclellan Village Hall Trust have submitted several successful grant application to help develoD our communitv oroiects.
