Objectives: 4 The SCIO's purpose is to benefit the community of Dunbar and East Linton Electoral Ward ('the Community') with the following objects: 4.1 Provision of locally-accessible support and training to disadvantaged people, with a view to improving their life chances, in particular (where appropriate) through support into employment 4.2 Provision of support and empowerment to those struggling to access adequate life skills.
