The Hillswick Public Hall was set up in 1935 built by the Community through donations. The Hall serves the Community of Hillswick and associated area and provides a venue for all types of community events. These include fundraising events, weddings, children's parties, concerts, craft events and also funerals following the closure of the Hillswick Parish Church.

Objectives: 4.1 To manage and maintain a community hall for the benefit of the inhabitants of Hillswick and its environs, in order to:- 4.2 Improve the condition of life within the community, by providing facilities for recreational, cultural and community centred activities.
