Fife Centre for Equalities (FCE) is a local charity funded by Fife Council with the charitable aims of raising awareness and understanding of equality and diversity across all communities and community groups in Fife. FCE provides access to appropriate information, assistance and training to communities and community groups in support of fair and inclusive community development. We work with communities and organisations to barriers to enable taking part in local decision making. We support local groups and organisations improve their inclusion practices through training, policy and practice advice and equality information. We listen to the experiences of diverse communities in Fife to help improve services access and reach. We provide opportunities such as forums and community events for individuals to connect with each other, with equality organisations and help reduce social isolation.
