The charity is set up to provide a building for the use of the surrounding community, in the shape of a small cottage, a small hall, a large hall including a stage and a meeting room, all along with associated facilities. The trustees and management committee are charged with maintaining the premises to a high standard. The committee hold monthly meetings to discuss the various aspects involved in running the Hall, particularly maintenance and finance, as well as future plans. Minutes of these meeting are posted on our website where information about Broughton Village Hall can be found as well as a booking platform. The aim of the committee is to to provide facilities to a high standard at a reasonable cost with the aim of encouraging ongoing use of the Hall by the many organisations and individuals who use it.
