'the advancement of health'

Our aim at Neuro Central is to advance the health and wellbeing of people in Scotland who live with neurological conditions. We do this by holding meetings in Stirling, Auchterarder and Perth to support them, their carers and their families where we provide a friendly relaxed environment so nobody need feel alone. At the meetings, members can socialise and receive beneficial therapies. These include therapeutic massage, Reflexology and Reiki. We also have a foot care practitioner in attendance. Members can exchange information on their conditions, and they can just chat over a cup of tea. We have occasional speakers to provide information on a variety of topics. We also have a range activities such as a light-hearted game of Bingo, arts and crafts, sports designed for the less able, and others. And for those who are unable to attend in person, we hold a weekly online class of neuro physio exercises.

Objectives: The organisation's purposes are: To advance the health and wellbeing of people in Scotland who live with neurological conditions through access to high quality services and therapies, information and support for them, their carers and their families, in a friendly relaxed environment, so nobody has to feel alone.
