We do this by holding meetings in Stirling, Auchterarder and Perth to support them, their carers and their families where we provide a friendly relaxed environment so nobody need feel alone.  At the meetings, members can socialise and receive beneficial therapies. These include therapeutic massage, Reflexology and Reiki. We also have a foot care practitioner in attendance.   Members can exchange information on their conditions, and they can just chat over a cup of tea. We have occasional speakers to provide information on a variety of topics. We also have a range activities such as a light-hearted game of Bingo, arts and crafts, sports designed for the less able, and others.
