The Beechgrove Sports Partnership was set up to (1) advance public participation in sport in Moffat, (2) to provide recreational facilities with the object of improving the conditions of life for those whom the facilities are primarily intended and (3) to replace the existing delapidated pavilion at Beechgrove Recreation Ground with a modern accessible clubhouse and community facility.
