Structure, Governance and Management Constitulion The Charity is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (a SCIOI. It was registered on 22 August 2014. It has a Single tier strurture and as such the trustee5 are the members of the charity. Appolntment of trustees Trustees are appointed by the current trustees on the basis of unanlmous agreement. The minimum number of trustees is three. Trustees must hold to the Ststement of Faith contained within the Constitution as their personal profession of faith.
