Activities

'It carries out activities or services itself'

'the prevention or relief of poverty'

We help the most needy in our community , many alienated through poverty, with provision of food & clothing vouchers. In July, each year approx 162 children with parents are our guests at Hunters Quay Holiday Village for a week of activities and open air recreation which prove very therapeutic for children and parents. Distribution of Christmas toys in partnership with Inverclyde HSCP is made to social care families and those categorised as 'the working poor'. Pantomime trips and excursions to Santa's Grotto for over 300 children whose parents cannot afford tickets are distributed via schools and nurseries. We pride ourselves in working in the community not only with the community that results in exceptionally strong and trusted relationships making our pro bono charity.100% volunteered-no core costs extremely popular in Inverclyde.

Objectives: Assist in alleviating the impact of poverty on children in Inverclyde.
