Financial review
Brief statement of the charity’s policy The Charity regards it reserves as its Petty Cash. Therefore with the Petty on reserves Cash, the Charity is able to use these funds to purchase small items such as stationery, if a services user needs transport money to return, purchase of smaller items. The use of this petty cash as will be noted on the financial statement can only be authorised by the Principal and Administrator.

Other optional information
Glasgow Living Waters Church International has deep concern for the wholeness and wellbeing of each individual. It seeks to safeguard the welfare of all people, regardless of age, who comes into contact with the Church and its organisations. It is the responsibility of each individual within the fellowship of the Church to prevent the physical, sexual, or emotional abuse of children, young people and vulnerable people.
Our vision is to partner with parents, family members and the church body in persisting a deep- seated desire to, love Christ, live for Christ, and lead others to Christ. Therefore we aim to continue fulfilling our purposes by strengthening the organisation and ensure it meets its responsibility. We will have Volunteers who will coordinate with the Principal concerning work plans. Generally, volunteers will serve on alternate Sunday afternoon, Ensure GLWCI is effective at child and vulnerable adult’s protection committees, Work towards framework for standards. Promote standardisation and consistency of child protection practice through policies and procedures.
The Charity is goal driven in the quest to achieve and fulfill its purposes and objectives and the next financial year will show these achievements.
