Objectives: The organisation?s purposes are: 4.1 The advancement of citizenship and community development through the provision of a mentoring programme for ex-service personnel, supporting them through the transition from Military to Civilian Life with a view to improving quality of life throughout the ex-forces community. 4.2 Advancement of health within the ex forces community. In Furtherance of the purposes Solid Grounds consumer goals are: 4.3 To offer a Solid Grounds counselling service to Scotland?s Ex-Forces community to advance mental & emotional health. 4.4 To offer a professional Solid Grounds life coaching and mentoring service that will partner with and compliment the counselling service. 4.5 To use profits and donations for investing into the further development of Solid Grounds beneficiaries by offering grant funding for the furtherment of education and career enhancement.
