Respectlve responslbllltles of trustees and •￿MIner The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance wlth the terms of the Charities and Trustee Investment Iscotlandl 2005 Act and the Charities Accounts {Scotlandl Re8ulations 2(KJ6. The charity trustees consider that the audit requirement of Regulatlon 101 l) {dl of the Account Re8ulatlons does not apply. It Is my responslbllity to examine the accounts ?$ requlred under section 44{1) Ic) of the Act and to state whether particular matters have corne to my attention. Basis of Independent Examlnerfs statefflent My examination Is carried out In accordance wlth Regulatlon 11 of the Charltles Accounts (Scotlandl Regulatlons 2006. An examlnatlon Includes a revlew of the accountlng records kept by the charity and a compar5son of the accounts presented wlth those records. It also includes consideration of anv unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeks explanations from the trustee5 concernin8 any such matters.
