The charity encourages all ages to train and compete in athletics. We do this by providing regular training sessions which all ages are able to attend throughout the year. We also enter the club into several leagues which have events throughout the summer session and we have teams who regularly compete and qualify for finals. We also host our own internally organised events (eg annual cross country) and throughout the year we have a couple of social gatherings to foster a friendly side to the club.
Objectives: To promote, encourage and foster interest and participation in track and field athletics and to provide recreational and social activities
