The choir is managed by its Board to provide opportunities to sing together for its members while raising money for good causes. Its core activities are: Weekly rehearsals from September 2024 to May 2025. Two Christmas carol concerts raising funds for charity and other Christmas performances which raise money for choir funds. an annual concert (3 performances) raising funds for charities. There are also periodic performances by an Ensemble group to entertain the residents of care homes.

Objectives: Purposes 4. The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 To provide training and practical experience for singers who desire to learn and take part in choral works and learn appreciation of music. 4.2 To rehearse and perform choral music in public and so to advance the public's knowledge and appreciation of choral music. 4.3 The advancement of citizenship or community development (including rural or urban regeneration and the promotion of civic responsibility, volunteering, the voluntary sector or the effectiveness or efficiency of charities) . 4.4 To help by means of concerts , grants and otherwise such charities and organisations (with charitable status and charitable objects within paragraph 4.3) as shall be chosen by a simple majority of those voting at the Annual General Meeting for each year.
