Payments can be made to or on behalf of any Hospitals, Institutions, Societies or others whose work in the opinion of the Trustees is likely to be beneficial to the community. It is not the Trustees current policy to give grants to individuals.

Beneficiaries: 'Children or young people','Older People','People with disabilities or health problems','No specific group, or for the benefit of the community'

Objectives: (a) the prevention or relief of poverty. (b) the advancement of education. (c) the advancement of health. (d) the saving of lives. (e) the advancement of citizenship or community development. (f) the advancement of the arts, heritage, culture or science. (g) the advancement of public participation in sport. (h) the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended. (i) the advancement of environmental protection or improvement. (j) the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill -health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage (k) the advancement of animal welfare. (l) such other funds, societies, organisations, schemes or purposes as are charitable not falling under the preceding heads that may reasonably be regarded as similar or analogous to any of the preceding purposes (any one or all of such funds, societies, organisations, schemes and purposes being individually or collectively referred to in this deed as 'charities')
