And I provide and declare that the Trustees shall have full and absolute power in their sole and uncontrolled discretion to hold, pay and apply the Trust Estate, both capital and income, for the foregoing purposes or any one or more of such purposes in such way and manner and in such amount or amounts and at such time or times as they may think fit.
