Objectives: 4.1 The advancement of education through the provision of an online web resource which will include images and information from the reef gathered using digital and sonar techniques. 4.2 The advancement of rural regeneration and community development through the provision of a reef in a rural location which aims to have a positive impact on the infrastructure of the local community and to its economy generally 4.3 The provision of recreational facilities by providing and promoting the reef for use by the public for diving activities. 4.4 The advancement of public participation in sport by promoting the reef as a diving location to participants of all abilities. 4.5 The advancement of environmental protection by maintaining a reef which will maintain, and possibly increase, the number of aquatic species in the area.
