To provide a counselling and support service to advance the mental health and wellbeing of those in need of emotional, psychological and/or spiritual need. Such counselling is mainly provided by Christian counsellors

Objectives: “To promote the welfare and relieve those in need of emotional, psychological and/or spiritual support through the provision of a counselling and support service and to provide training, education and support for those involved in counselling and the caring professions. In furtherance of the aforementioned objects the Trust shall seek. a) To provide a counselling and support service to advance the mental health and wellbeing of those in need of emotional, psychological and/or spiritual support. b) To provide a confidential counselling and support service to those who self refer or are referred by agencies or churches. c) To provide a counselling and support service using Christian counsellors, and in exceptional circumstances, other practitioners trained to nationally accredited standards, and appointed at the discretion and majority decision of the Trustees. d) To ensure counsellors and practitioners abide by the Practice Guidelines and Code of Ethics of the relevant professional body. e) To promote the education, development and support of counsellors and practitioners appointed by the Trust. f) To promote and develop opportunities for training, education and support for those working in the caring professions in the community including the local faith community. g) To promote opportunities for networking and encourage co-operation between those working in the caring professions in the community and within the local faith community. h) To develop services to advance the mental health and wellbeing of those with emotional, psychological and/or spiritual needs.”
