Community Energy Scotland is Scotland’s only national charity dedicated to supporting communities across Scotland to develop their own decarbonisation & renewable energy projects. We aim to advance community development and help strengthen environmental protection within Scotland. By providing advice and/or financial support we assist in preventing and/or relieving poverty within Scotland.

Objectives: (1) To advance community development within the 'Operating Area and to advance environmental protection within the Operating Area, and in particular (but without limiting the generality of that aim) through:- (2) To prevent and/or relieve poverty within the Operating Area, and in particular by providing advice and/or financial support to assist in resolving problems of fuel poverty through improved approaches to energy conservation and use.
