The Scout Group employs the Scouting Method which allows young people, in particular with adults, to work together in a wide range of indoor and outdoor meetings and activities, following an approved programme based around the Values of Scouting in order to fulfil the Group's purpose (noted above). The Values of Scouting are: Integrity, Respect, Care, Belief, and Co-operation.
