Objectives: 4.1 Advancement of health or saving lives, in particular, by supporting individuals experiencing mental health challenges through the provision of accessible drop-in sessions and organised professional counselling sessions for such individuals and their family members or care providers. 4.2 To relieve the needs of people who are disadvantaged by reason of youth, age, ill-health (particularly mental ill-health), disability, financial hardship, or other disadvantages through befriending and advancing public awareness and understanding of mental health, including causes, symptoms, preventative strategies, and sources of support, particularly among minority and underserved communities.
