Glasgow Youth Choir provides musical education and performance opportunities for singers aged 5–25 across Greater Glasgow, organised into Junior and Senior sections plus a Legacy Choir for former members. We deliver this through weekly rehearsals led by a Musical Director, working towards public performances including our annual Christmas and Summer concerts. Members also take part in music festivals, workshops and competitions to support their musical development, and perform at a range of charity, community and cultural events. Through this programme we further members' musical education, provide performance experience, and promote equality and inclusion of young people from all backgrounds through music.

Objectives: The object of the choir shall be the study and practice of choral music and to further the musical education of young people and foster public knowledge and appreciation of such music by means of public performance. To assist and support such charitable institutions or purposes as the committee shall from time to time determine.
