To provide grants or maintenance allowances to Heriot-Watt University students who, in the name of the Trust, apply for, and accept an offer of, an internship under the United Nations Internship Programme. (Details for the Administration of the Trust Fund for the UN Internship are attached at Appendix I. These are to be reviewed at each meeting by the Trustees.) to manage the Trust Fund for the perpetuation of the memory of Fiona Watson, in furtherance of which but not otherwise the Trust shall seek: to offer educational opportunities to prospective, existing or former students at the University. to establish and maintain scholarships in the University. to further any other charitable purpose for the perpetuation of Fiona's memory and the advancement of education which is acceptable to the University and may be approved by the trustees.
