(d) to advance and promote co-operation between accountancy bodies in any way. to advance and promote any scheme or schemes (howsoever constituted) which, as one or more of their objects, reviews, regulates or supplements in the public interest the establishment of standards by, and the training, regulatory and disciplinary activities and procedures of, any one or more accountancy bodies
