| Our governing document is our Charity Constitution. It is the written statement that sets out our purpose, structure and describes how our charity operates. The trustees make sure that the charity complies with its governing document. |

| Trustees volunteer for recruitment and appointment into the various roles at the beginning of every new school year. During the AGM (first meeting) people get elected to the offices (chair and vice, secretary and vice, treasurer and vice.) Any changes to roles or any new members to the Parent Council want to join, and EGM can be called up – with at least 14 days’ notice. |

| To advance the education of the pupils attending the school by providing or assisting in the provision of facilities for education at the school (not normally provided by the Local Education Authority). Our beneficiaries are the children and young people that are connected to Barsail Primary School. |

| Organizing: - Discos (Autumn / Spring) - Christmas Fayre - Santa’s Secret Room (a weeklong opportunity for children to buy/ make presents for their family) - Fundraising activities (Fun days, Sports Day, Parents Disco) - Practical assistance (repairing benches, power washing the quad and sports equipment, cleaning, painting, litter picking, etc…) |
