||Our governing document is our Charity Constitution. It is the written<br>statement that sets out our purpose, structure and describes how our<br>charity operates. The trustees make sure that the charity complies with its<br>governing document.||
||Trustees volunteer for recruitment and appointment into the various roles<br>at the beginning of every new school year. During the AGM (first meeting)<br>people get elected to the offices (chair and vice, secretary and vice,<br>treasurer and vice.)<br>Any changes to roles or any new members to the Parent Council want to<br>join, and EGM can be called up – with at least 14 days’ notice.||
