Our charity was created in memory of the Revd Paul Harvie, Rector of St Salvadors Scottish Episcopal church in Dundee to provide financial support to the Vestry. It does so at their request.

Beneficiaries: 'Children or young people','Older People'

Objectives: The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund for the purpose of advancing the Christian religion. In furtherance thereof, but not otherwise, the Trustees shall seek: (1) To contribute towards a stipend for a male priest for St Salvador's Church, Church Street, Dundee. (2) To support the payment of an organist for the said St Salvador's Church. (3) To apply towards the costs of musical activities at the said St Salvador's Church, and (4) In the event that the Trustees cannot apply the Trust Fund, or any part thereof for the foregoing purposes then, but in that event only, the Trustees shall seek to apply the Trust Fund for such other charitable purposes exclusively as the Trustees may determine from time to time. For the purpose of implementing the provisions of Clause 4 hereof: Until the Termination Date, the Trustees shall from time to time and at any time in their uncontrolled discretion, but subject always to the discretionary powers conferred on them under Clause 7 hereof, pay or apply the capital or the income of the Trust Fund, in sums of such amount as the Trustees in their absolute discretion may decide, in any one or more or all of the following ways, videlicet:- (a) To or for the benefit of the said St Salvador's church for one or more of the purposes herein before provided. (b) To or for the benefit of such one or more Charitable Institution or Charitable Institutions as the Trustees in their uncontrolled discretion may from time to time select. or (c) in implementing or assisting to implement any charitable purpose or charitable purposes which the Trustees in their uncontrolled discretion may from time to time by Minute resolve upon.
