The reducing loss over recent year5 is due to increasing hire charges and where possible reducing maint8nance costs. The constant upkeep of tha community centre requires routine key elements of maintenance and upkeep. whith is dependent on sustainable operating surplus to fund. Financial review Brief 8tateffent of the charitys policy on rwrves Reserves are retain8d to allow the Trusl to meet any ¢tre Operatial or unexpected maintenance costs to ensure Ihe centre rem8ins open and operational in future years.
