the charity durlng the financial period
The continulng significant cost of 8nergy1£5.868; 2023124 £7,084,, and
2022123 £6,286) to operate the community centr8 resulted in an operating
loss of £872 {2023124 £2,205,. and 2022123 £4,532) for the year. The
reducing loss over recent year5 is due to increasing hire charges and
where possible reducing maint8nance costs.
The constant upkeep of tha community centre requires routine key
elements of maintenance and upkeep. whith is dependent on sustainable
operating surplus to fund.
