Charitable purposes Voxter Outdoor Centre is a community-led Outdoor Centre hosting events, activity and educational groups from Shetland and beyond. Our mission is to maintain and develop Voxter for future generations to enjoy. Summary of the maln actlvltles in relation to these objects The Voxter Centre provides accommodation and facilities to various groups both from Shetland and beyond. Voxter provides a safe and homely environment for groups to stay with the grounds giving access to the outdoors and Ihe opportunity for play and adventure. Voxter Management Committee ensure the building and grounds are properly maintained, as befits an historic building bequeathed to the communitv. ( )PENDIX 1 Achievements and performance Summary of the maln achlevement8 of This has been another year of consolidating and ensuring that Voxter is on the charlty durlng the financlal perlod a secure footing for the future. There has been an increase in footfall with the global figure for Centre Hires rising over the year. The feedback from regular Centre users has been very positive to the improvements made to the facilities. A new booking program, Hall Master, has been purchased to streamline the booking process. This has proved to be very successful. We have continued with our maintenance and improvement program for the building. The main project was the replacement of the front door and porch windows. We are grateful for the continued help of the Community Pay Back team who have carried out a variety of maintenance Jobs with their labour given free of charge.
