SC 033855 April 1" 2023- 31" March 2024 The Cadham Neighbour Centre administered within the tem)s of the constitution. Actlvltles: The Centre continues to functton well with varies activity groups using the centre Monday to Saturday. The Café continues to be a popular venue for Local Residents and visitors to the area. The café is open Monday- Friday 9am-2pm. User groups include: Seniors fitness class. TaekMnd0, kids cheer and turnble. kids indoor fLw)tball, Adult Zumbè, Line Dancin& Kids arts and crafts. Adult Knit and knatter. Dementia Group, Kids Zumba, various adhoc activities i.e. Birthday parties for kids. As a Fund raiser we have successfully run a Christmas Fair to help raise funds for the Centre. Pro The PToperty is owned by Fife Council therefor we are limited as to what can be altered or repaired within the building. Fife Council are trying to encourage us to tske a long term lease for the building, this we are refusing to consider, until all major required repairs are carried out i.e. roof work. heating system. However Fife Council through the Ward Countiiforfs intervention have now installed a new easy access automatic door entry system. The kitthen area 15 being considered for a revamp. Flnance: as at the 31" March the funds available are: £42.516.42 taffi the Centre currently employs three stsff which is funded by the charity. There is one fvll time member of stsff and two part time stsff, they are covering café and caretsking duties. There is also one volunteer vtho helps cover the café.
