The objectives of the Centre shall be: a) To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of that part of Fife known as Cadham and its environs by associating the local authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants. b) To establish, maintain and manage Cadham Neighbourhood Centre for activities promoted by the Management Committee and its constituent members in the furtherance of the above objectives or anyone of them. c) The Centre shall not be identified with any Political Party, Social Group or Sect.
