Routes to Work is set up to relieve poverty and advance education particularly among the unemployed. We do this by providing skills, employability and employment support programmes to unemployed, economically inactive and people in low-paid or insecure employment.

Objectives: 4 The company's objects are: 4.1 to relieve poverty. 4.2 to advance education, particularly among the unemployed. 4.3 to promote training in skills of all kinds, particularly such skills as will assist in obtaining paid employment. 4.4 to relieve unemployment for the public benefit, in such ways as may be thought fit, including assistance to find employment. 4.5 to promote, operate and/or support other projects and initiatives which further similar charitable purposes.
