Drumchapel L.I.F.E is a local charity focused on improving health and wellbeing in Drumchapel and nearby areas. We also manage the Phoenix Centre, a busy community space. Our mission is to support people facing poor health and social challenges by offering practical help, education—especially around health—and by running projects that make a real difference in people’s lives. We aim to give everyone in our community the chance to live healthier, more connected lives. We run several small but impactful projects, including: Elevator – supporting personal growth and development The Green Gym – promoting physical and mental wellbeing through outdoor activity Chance2Change – empowering voices from underserved communities The Phoenix Centre is well-used by the community, hosting fitness classes, clubs like karate and yoga, and regular children’s parties and events.
