**What the charity does:** Drumchapel L.I.F.E is a local charity focused on improving health and wellbeing in Drumchapel and nearby areas. We also manage the Phoenix Centre, a busy community space.  Our mission is to support people facing poor health and social challenges by offering practical help, education—especially around health—and by running projects that make a real difference in people’s lives. We aim to give everyone in our community the chance to live healthier, more connected lives.  We run several small but impactful projects, including:  Elevator – supporting personal growth and development The Green Gym – promoting physical and mental wellbeing through outdoor activity Chance2Change – empowering voices from underserved communities  The Phoenix Centre is well-used by the community, hosting fitness classes, clubs like karate and yoga, and regular children’s parties and events.

**Objectives:** The company&#x27;s objects are: a. To relieve ill-health and social disadvantage among the residents of the West Glasgow strategic Planning Area (Drumchapel, Anniesland, Garscadden, Scotstounhill, Partick West, Hillhead, Anderston/City) (“the Operating Area&#x27;). b. To advance education, and in particular health education, among the residents of the Operating Area. c. To promote, establish, operate and/or support other similar schemes and projects connected with health or health-related issues, which are in furtherance of the charitable purposes, and which are for the benefit of the community within the Operating Area
