To promote the waterfront and outdoor environment within the village of Uyeasound. This is achieved by fund raising events and providing a berthing facility for resident and visiting small craft.

(iv) To maintain, preserve, protect and enhance the natural environment, flora and fauna. and (v) For such other charitable purposes as are for the benefit of the community of Uyeasound.
