We operated 365 daws a vear. In ioial approx. 47.000 Good _morning Calls provided social and emorional support in one-io-one sessions from our staff Team. We were a safetv nei. alening nominaied conthci persons or Police Scotland whenever our Call remained unanswered. Addilionally. Good Night Calls supponed 77 people over w inrer. The quality of our befriending relationships is paramoun( and whv invest time and effort in getting the rEghi person for the job and in the continuous iraining and developmeni of our siaff. Building knowledge and tru51 on one-10-one befriendin(r sessions makes our relationships meaningful, lihich means they are hugelv supporti*e (o the people H,ho need us.
