Leftovers were utilised at the May 2024 event in Fountain Garden5. is the profit we made acting as bankers for Fountain Gardens last time they held an event. We utili5ed most of this in May 2024 but also received £2,000 from STAR, whom alongside RASA, we partnered in the event. donated £700 to garden costs at the DRC and £500 towards IT equipment. R¢spc¢tive respoDsibilities of trustees and examiller The charity's tsustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the tern of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) 2005 Act and the CharitÈes Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (as amended). The charity trustees consider that the audit requirement of Regulation l O(1 ) (a) to (c) of the Accounts Regulations does not apply. It is my responsibility to examine the accounts as requiied under section 44(1) (c) of the 2005 Act and to stat¢ whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basis of Independent Examlner's report My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation I l of the 2006 Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006.
